What Will You Learn?

• I have mastered many kicks, and have used them with devastating efficiency. Red tip is about turning the kicks on them selves. Taking the kicks out. You will also get to revise the brown belt material. There is quite an interesting knee take down to headlock on the ground. A very practical and useful move. BY this stage the ground, throw, kicking and punching should be working in unison to give you a complete system of fighting.
