What Will You Learn?

• You will start on the long Red belt syllabus. The first 5 moves are for Brown Belt. They are designed to put your partner in pain to break their balance/ There is a combination of using Ju Jitsu fundamentals, Aiki, SAW and Taewondo. The TKD has been adjusted so we are only using moves that make sense and are logical.

Requirements

• Do not procrastinate on Brown. Keep your momentum going.
• Push hard through all the negative self talk.
• Aim to got for red tip in 3-6 months.
