• The blue tip multiple defence is one of my favourites. It integrates thai boxing with some systema and Taekwondo. It is fast and hectic, I think you will enjoy it. I have included a little "Aiki" in the self defence. Only the most senior NSJJ instructors have been taught this Aiki inclusion.
