- Instructors and trainers of Northstar.
- Our solicitors and insurers.
Unless you have expressly advised us not to, Northstar may use photographs of students and carers taken during classes on its website and social media pages.
We may also use or disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or in a medical emergency. Personal information will only be disclosed to third parties where you have authorised us to do so and only when necessary. We will take your completion of a Northstar application form as your consent to such disclosure. If you wish to amend or withdraw this consent, please notify us in writing immediately.

4. Receipt of further Northstar information
Your personal information held by Northstar will not be disclosed to any other Northstar entities or company for marketing purposes unless you specifically consent to receive such information.

You may elect not to receive further information about Northstar or our products by calling, writing to us, unsubscribing from our mailing list or contacting us by e-mail.
