The martial art that you will be learning is called Shinbudo. Developed in Australia by Andy Dickinson it is an easy to learn, systematic, yet, self paced approach, incorporating elements from various martial arts including Taekwondo, Ju Jitsu, Kickboxing, Judo and Aikido.
