All the online courses are a fantastic resource to have available no matter where you are on your martial arts journey.

The online courses are a great resource to complement your in-person training in the dojo. I found them particularly useful in recent times when training in person training wasn’t possible due to Government health restrictions as the written guide and instructional videos allowed me to continue learning a new syllabus at home at my own pace.

Having achieved your black belt and wanting to continue learning this course does not disappoint. Lots of new techniques and skills to learn an practice. Having started the 1st Dan training I could see where your training from White to red belt all starts to come together and then move forward adding another layer to your training. Well worth getting

I have relied on the content of the online courses for all belt levels over the years. The difference between an average technique and a super effective situation ending technique is subtle and that is why I still reference all the belt level content. Seeing the moves stepped through and explained by the architect of a great self defence system makes all the difference. I recommend.
