To be able to shape and influence your students in a positive manner is something special. As teachers we cannot take this for granted. The formula for teacher and student is a well trodden path. Just standing out the front of the class and yelling orders will not cut it. I have always said that you do not necessarily need to be an expert but you need to be passionate and willing to learn to be a teacher. It is very important to learn to cultivate a relationship with yourself and what makes you tick. Because the voice inside your head, your ego must take the back seat. We have to constantly look at the needs of the student. This is very creative and as long as you were in the confines of the structure how we teach can be constantly updated improved and enjoyed.
