Letting Go Meditation.



We never really understand how much we hold onto things until we start to let go. When you think about it, the amount of stuff, physical stuff, mental stuff and emotional stuff that we drag around with us is incredible. There is no doubt that we live our lives defined by our past, in a seemingly never ending rotation of past events coming forward continually to blindly influence the present. Learning to let go of the past is harder than it sounds. The thing though is no matter how many times we relive the past, nothing can change it. To take responsibility and ownership of your past, forgiving yourself, will begin to break the bondage that keeps you trapped there.
